Could Loose Motions And Fever Be Caused By Head Injury?

My 10month old son fell off my bed this morning and hit his head on the hardwood floor. he does have a semi large bump that looks like it will bruise on his forehead
Day care called and said he has had 3 very loose bowel movements and has a slight temp of 99.2 could this be related to hitting his head.

Hi
Welcome to HCM

It is definitely not related to head injury. Head injury does not usually cause fever.
I would suggest you to give oral rehydration solution, continue feeds.

Take Care
Best Regards
