Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to tension type headache, which is a benign type of headache related to psychological stress. Is the headache triggered by standing up or sitting position? Is the headache like pressure or throbbing? How long does it last? How frequent are your headaches? I would first recommend taking melatonin before sleep to help regulate your sleep, which I think will certainly help improve your headaches.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
