Could Lumps On Anus Be Piles?

Hello! For over 6 months I've had lumps around my anus, most have gone, and therefore I presumed it was only piles. However, I still have a pea sized, flesh coloured lump on my anus. It causes me no pain, and I have never noticed any blood. What could it be?

Nothing to worry for that just
*Try to avoid constipation, have your bowel movements clear by
taking more liquids , high fiber diet.
*Avoid smoking / alcohol if consuming.
