I read your question carefully and I understand your concern. I am afraid the situation is not very clear for me though, you speak of attack and having all the symptoms of MS, but it is not clear whether you have had any exams, in particular MRI to diagnose it, it s not something you can do by yourself. As for those lumps though I can tell you with complete certainty they are not a manifestation of MS, rest assured about it. As for what they actually are it is difficult to establish, direct exam of their form, consistency, mobility is necessary, often imaging exam or biopsy is needed to establish their nature. May be enlarged lymph nodes, some benign tumor such as atheroma etc, as I said needs to be evaluated. I hope you get better soon.
