Could Menstrual Delay Be Due To A Pregnancy?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am 44 years old, healthy, regular menstrual, my menstrual was due yesterday, did not come. Took HPT this morning it was negative, ive only been late when I was pregnant with my two daughters, Could I possibly be pregnant

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) I will suggest you to be patient and repeat the urine pregnancy test after a week if you don't get yyour periods.

3 )you are right in suspecting pregnancy as you have missed your periods.

4 ) Sometimes at your stage of life, it can be just delayed periods if urine pregnancy test is negative.
In that Case you can simply wait for the onset of periods.


5 ) Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.
