Could Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests Be Due To Ectopic Pregnancy?

hi, i have missed my periods of feb(after my jan 3rd2012 ), today 7th feb, my hcg test is negetive, i am afraid of ectopic pregency, i have read if hcg level is very low, may be ectopic pregnancy & it will not be detected in hcg urine home kit, please suggest me, i am 31& half years

Hi, if Bhcg is negative then there is not chance of pregnancy even ectopic pregnancy also. Bhcg in blood test is confirmatory for pregnancy so do that test if its positive then go for ultrasound.
