Could Mood Swings Be Indicative Of Manic Depression Or A Bipolar Disorder?

i have regular mood swings, i don't knowif i have bipolar or not. one minute i'm happy then the next minute i can turn just like that! and i hate everyone, i self harm a lot when i get depressed. i don't know if i have manic depression or bipolar, i just need answers. help me please?

I think, you nay have either bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder. In that case, you can consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis. Management in your case depends upon diagnosis.
