Could Multiple Huge Knots On Shoulder Blade With Constant Muscle Spasms With History Of Accident Be Just Pinched Nerve?

I crash a road bike (bicycle) doing about 35 mph. I was clipped in to my pedals when a guys stopped in front of me (on a bicycle). I SLAMMED the right side of my body on the ground. Now... For almost a year... After seeing a chiropractor that I feel was just milking me for money.... I have 6 huge knots in my right shoulder blade. Constant muscle spasms (in my right shoulder, arm and pec muscles). I think it s a pinched nerve. What do I do?

In my opinion is seems like torn muscles which is not painfull
(partial tear is extremly painful )
i recommend an MRI scan to confirm
