Could Muscles Formed Inside Throat And Tonsils Be Related To Granular Pharyngitis?

hi, doctors, I Just want to know that i Have muscles formed inside my thoat on the wall and some on the tonsils, when check in the internet is is showing granular pharyngis.is there any medicine to it, i am affraid, i hope it is not sexually disease, i dont have fever. please assist

granular pharyngitis is not sexually transmitted disease. in my opinion you need not worry much. it's just inflammation of pharynx, due to bacterial or viral infection. if it's causing pain in throat, then I would recommend antibiotics. but if it's not causing pain, beside just irritation then it's most likely due to viral pharyngitis, no role for antibiotics. palliative treatment is main role in relieving acute symptoms, hot bath, steam inhalation, betadine gargles, levocetrizine. avoid cold drinks.
