Could My Chronic Stiff, Painful Muscles Be Celiac Or A Reaction To Proteolytic Enzyme?

Hi, Doctor Almost overnight i have gone fom a 45 year old women who has never had any pain to one who is stiff as a board almost 24/7!! Both legs and one arm are always stiff like I'm 100 years old. The onset was almost overnight and diesn't seen to arthritis, etc. I seem to have a chronic "wheat belly" right after eating bread like carbs so am wondering if I can be a celiac or if this stiffness could be an allergic reaction to a proteolytic enzyme I regularly take (serrapeptase or nattokinase). Any idea what could cause a major onset like this? (i take no meds except Lisinipril.) Thanks for ideas or guidance for tests I should ask my doctor about. Also, any chance this could be Lyme Disease? I regularly picked ticks off my dog for several years but don t think any got on me so never really checked. This was in the DC and CA areas. Again, thanks for any help.
