Could My Spreading, Itchy Rash That Began On My Mons Pubis And Resembles Ringworm Be Eczema, Ringworm, Or Scabies?

I got something similar to ringworm almost 3 weeks ago and it started spreading and I have been treating it with domestic thyme oil but it kept spreading so I went to pharmacy and got antifungal cream which visibly helped but I am still wondering what it is because my friends parents that are doctors told me that it’s scabies but I don’t think it is because my partner doesn’t have anything on him and we’ve been sharing blankets. I don’t know if it’s possible to send a picture of it but I have been googling it and most similar pictures are of eczema and ringworm. It starts as a blister or a pimple then it becomes infected then it crusts and when the crust falls of it’s just a red spot that heals very slowly. It’s been itchy but not bleeding nor painful. It started on my mons and it has spread around my upper thighs.
