Ecg 2yrs ago states first degree av block, qtc interval 481,probable normal variant, chg.may be do to ischemia. This wk.ecg states Reg. Supra vent rythym, possible ant. Infarct, Poss. Myocard. Ischemia. I am a symptomatic. perfect complete lab results same wk.nothinig was brought forward to me In prior Ecg and was an incidental finding with the current. In fact was not planned initially to do on visit.was only to discuss lab results which r fine.very unexpected and very upset.i bike ride and exc. with no difficulty. I am going to a cardiologist this month. Is there a chance this is not life changing or fatal.i am 52 years old.
One degree block is generally not a major concern until unless you observe and syncope. ECG interpretation done by an ECG machine is not correct every time and need a physician’s consult before interpreting anything wrong.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
