Could Neurotin For Incontinence Cause Agitation And Urine Infection?

I have a 87 yr old mother that has just started neurotin she has incontinece and since starting this new drug. She has become agitated weak and also a temp of 99.2. I do suspect a urinary infection. Would also like to know if neurotin could be an issue to be taking

After reading your post, I would like to advise that Neurontin contains Gabapentin, which can cause agitation as a side effect.

I would advise that you should contact her treating physician and discuss with him about it.
