Could Odor From Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy Be Due To Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?

I am 19 and in the begging of my pregnancy i tested positive for chlamydia an got treated. My partner tested negative but still got treated. A month ago i had somewhat of a discharge with odor an found out i had a slight case of bacterial vaginosis an got treated. I am 37 weeks pregnant now an have now noticed another discharge with an odor. I am 100% sure its not anything new or an std contracted since i got pregnant, but i could have had the chlamydia for a few years. So could it be PID? I just forgot to mention it at my latest appt. I do not go back until next week, would it be stupid of me to wait til then to tell him about it?

Your guess seems to be right.
A foul smelling vaginal discharge is most likely to be due to infection. It could be as you mentioned, old STD. You do have history of so many infections in the past and even during pregnancy.
Since you are 37 weeks pregnant, you may deliver any time. An untreated infection may affect the baby also - particularly its eyes, blood. Better report to your Obstetrician ASAP and get the treatment, mostly antibiotics to cure the infection.
