Hi! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

Any mass in the lungs need not necessarily be a cancer. However, considering the difficulty in breathing, this should be investigated properly and earliest possible management be done. If I were your doctor, after a detailed clinical examination and related investigations, I would refer you to a higher center where specialist consultation and management would be possible. It might not be possible to opine on your problem over the net. For the present, you might go for some anti inflammatory along with a proton pump inhibitor drug for a symptomatic relief.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.

I find this answer helpful
