Hi am 24 years old, working in an IT company. I work for nearly 5 days night shift in a month. Recenty i have been suffering with pain in my anus while passing stools. Looks like a Anal Fissure, can anyone confirm if it leads to piles or these are the sysmtopms of piles.

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Really appreciate your concern, anal pain, rectal pain, may have different causes and the most common is infection, constipation, and that need to be confirmed, if this is the infection then condition would be more worse, if this is the rectal pain due to constipation then pain may be intermittent or at the time of passing of stool, you can try Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg, drink more water, , have some leafy vegetables, it is advisable to see the rectal surgeon for confirmation of condition hope this information helps.
