Could Pain In Lower Back Rushing Down To Leg Be Sciatic Nerve?

Been having pain in mi lower back rushing down my leg.sometimes I bend down to put something down and so much pain that can t get up . I know its sciatic nerve. Have been like that for acouple of years.or is it my disk? Now I have pain in my bottom of my stomach.

The symptoms are typical of sciatica.

As a first line management, you can take stills gabapentin for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
