Could Pain In Ribs Be A Sign Of Fracture After An Accident?

day before yesterday just fall from backseat of a motorcycle feeling pain in my left rib i feel no fracture just fallen while seating not from moving position but it si paining please suggest any kidny friendly painkiller i understand ribs pain goes slowly

My advice for you would be wear rib belt at the site of injury, along with ice fomentation and pain killer like tramadol,ibuprofen helps.Avoid coughing,sneezing.
