Could Pain In The Area Of Implant Insertion And Between Elbow And Wrist Be Pulled Muscle?

Hi, I had my implant changed on thursday but have pain where it was inserted, I expected that, but I also have pain in my lower arm, betweeny elbow and wrist, could I have pulled a muscle there by maybe lifting something yesterday or could it be from implantation?
