Could Pain, Pressure, Bleeding With Contractions Be A Pregnancy Despite Irregular Periods?

I was having symptoms of pregnancy but was not sure if i was pregnate, And i have very unregular periods, im now having some pain and pressure and bleeding and also feels like a contraction in a way but if i am pregnate I would only be maybe a 6 weeks

Thanks for the query.I undersnd your concern.
You should go fot blood hcg test/ usg pelvis pregnancy is d0etected in usg by 5 weeks pregnancy.)to confirm pregnancy.
If pregnancy is -ve .. you should go for trestment to regulate menses.
