Could Painful Cramps During Periods Cause Painful Lump In Right Armpit?

I am 15 years old and today I woke up and I have a lump in my right armpit that has quite a bit of pain. Yesterday I got my period and I always have very painful cramps, would this have something to do with that? Please help, I am very worried I may have breast cancer or some type of infection

Hi young !
This is never a cancer and not related to the periods
This is an infected sebaceous cyst or a boil . A few days of antibiotics will settle
