Could Painful Twitch Above Right Ear Be An Onset Of Migraine?

good morning doctor... For the past two days i have being having this very painful twitch just above my right ear. Am not able place a finger on the origin bt the when tat twitch erupts i just wince because it is very painful. Can u pls tell me if it is an onset of migraine.

It seems from the history that you are having painful twitches above the right ear. Usually migraine will not present with painful twitches. It presents with prodromal symptoms of blurring of vision, flashes of light. nausea, vomiting...
Painful twitches are seen in blepharospasms.
This requires examination by a physician doctor and treatment accordingly.
