Could Painful White And Red Spots On Joints Be A Sign Of Arthritis?

My hand and joints have been bothering me lately...I cannot fully extend or close my hand and my knuckles are sometimes red and there are white spots forming on a few of them. They are also very sensitive too. If I bang them accidentally they are very painfull. Is this a form of arthritis?

Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from arthritis ,most probably it is reactive or psoriatic arthritis. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen . But you need to be investigated completely and then treatment will be started .You can visit orthopedic surgeon or rhuematologist for same. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
