Could Physical Exercise Cause Excessive Sleep And Nausea?

Hi, I am a 17 year old male. I'm 185 pounds and 6 feet tall. I can never finish a workout with my personal trainer without having to stop. I feel very pukish when this happens. I have also noticed that I have been sleeping excessively. When I do not have to wake up for something, I'll sleep for at least 12 hours. I take naps during the day too.

It is normal for a person to sleep more after strenuous exercise. When you are about to involve yourself in strenuous physical activities, it is not good to eat too much or to eat food that will take a long time before digesting. May be this could be the source of nausea. You may eat a heavy meal after.
