Could Plugged Ears With Stopped Dizziness After Hit On Head Be Concussion?

My daughter is 8 years old and hit her head today. She said she had a headache and felt dizzy. She now says that her ears feel plugged but headache is better and not really dizzy anymore. Do I need to watch for a concussion? If so what should I be watching for?
