Could Pregnancy Symptoms Be Misdiagnosed As Gastritis?

My last menstrual cycle started on Jan 5th and the one before was on 6th Dec. Its like a 30days gap always. So on 20th Jan (which I think my ovulation happens) I had an intercourse. I have had most of the signs of early pregnancy, cramping, bloating, dizziness, back ache and I starve easily (which is not the case usually) Went to a doctor and he thinks its gastritis, I m worried as I was hoping it could be a pregnancy and I m confused whether to take the medicines given for gastritis. I m closer to my next menses days but a little bit worried over crashed expectations Can a pregnancy be misdiagnosed as gastritis or anything else and I just cant wait till the next week unfortunately Please advise.

Hello,

Primary sign of pregnancy is miss of menses. Other symptom can be present normally due to food or other disease. so not to make views on it have an ultrasound and UPT if you missed your period to check pregnancy.
