Could Premature Greying Of Body Hair Due To Regualar Masturbation?

i have regular habit of hand practicing. my beared 20% get white at the age of 26. i want to quit this habit at every cost. give me some suggestion. even my hair on chest and shoulder are getting white. I am doing it for last 7 years 1-2 times aday. i want to quit it completely. I have read a lot of stuff from net, but nothing worked. plz help me in this regard.

Hi,
White hair at the age of 26 years is quite unusual. This is known as premature canities.

Let me first reassure you that the habit of masturbation is not at all affecting your change in hair color. Masturbation is a normal issue with everybody and it is just like eevry type of need of body. Do not at all correlate masturbation with grey hair. Thought the frequency is bit higher so you can reduce the same.

The latest of the treatment available for the same is by "Melitain gel" local application. For the prevention there is no mainstay of therapy but you can take vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other B complexes.

Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and sprouts which contains vitamins and minerals necessary for normal hair function.

Reduce your stress level and stop any substance abuse like smoking or alcohol.
