Could Severe Hunger Pangs In The Upper Abdomen Be Due To Ulcers?

For about three months now off and on my stomach has had severe hunger pangs in the top region.. It makes me naucsious and unable to eat often for days.. I also become severely weak and have high anxiety levels.. I visited the doctor and had blood taken (all came back clear) I think I may have a stomach ulcer? Not sure what it could be exactly though.. I d like to know.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Note the history of severe hunger pangs in the top region of stomach for about 3 months, makes you nauseous and unable to eat for days. Makes you weak too and have high anxiety levels.
Blood tests normal, thinking of stomach ulcer...
My thoughts:
It is very much possible that stomach ulcer can be one of the reasons but the basic cause is usually the high level of the stress and/or anxiety that plays the major role.
Consult a Doctor and get treated for the anxiety and the stress and you will be fine.
