Could Severe Pain In Head And Neck Be Due To Internal Bleeding In Brain?

I am a cheerleader and my competition was today and in warm ups, we were doing a stunt and I fell from an extension(had to be over 6 ft). I fell basically on my head and I heard a loud crack, I m assuming it was my neck, but my head was hurting really bad and still is and my neck is a little soar. If I fell on my head too hard could I get some type of crack in my skull or bleeding in my brain?? AnyThing de serious?

Hi there, I would definitely recommend that you go seek emergent medical attention without any delay. A fall from over 6 feet onto your head could not only cause a life threatening bleed in the brain, but broken bones in the skull or neck. I would go to an emergency room immediately. The doctors in the emergency room will likely start with checking a CT scan of your brain. I hope everything works out well for you, hope my answer has been helpful.
