General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms can be related to a frozen shoulder.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
Physical therapy is the most common treatment for a frozen shoulder.
So,if the symptoms continue, I also recommend physical therapy.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
