Could Severe Tingling During Urination Mean UTI?

I have done some research online, and I think i have a UTI, but Im not completely sure. My sister and my Mom has them all the time, only difference is, there is no blood and its doesn t burn when i pee, just tingle alot...its a really wierd feeling that I am not familiar with.

Go for urine routine examination.
Drink plenty of water
Drink cranberry juice.
