Could Skipped Heart Beat In Sleep Be Due To Dehydration?

First I want to Start off by saying I hope your a REAL doctor because I can use some help but anyway my heart skipped a beat in my sleep and it woke me up and I instantly went into a panic attack ..could that be from lack of dehydration because I felt really thirsty I was just to tired to get up and also and since my first attack 2 weeks ago(there s been more since)I ve changed eating and drinking habits problem is I don t think I m eating enough please answer back thanks

I have gone through your and being your physician iicompletely understand your health concerns.
what is ur age? are u obese? what is ur BMI? are u diabetic ? or hypertensive? any other medications u are using?
Based upon your history i wanna give u assurance that your heart didnt stop while u were slept. cheers for you
it may be a sleep apnoe mean loss of breathing or it may be a paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnoe.
if i am ur attending doctor i will get your FBC ECG chest XRAY to look for the cause. if u are getting this problem frequently then u should have SLEEP STUDIES done ...
meanwhile stay calm and meet your doctor so that u can be examined and investigated properly.
