Could Small, Blue Lump At The Entrance Of Anus Be Piles?

I have a small pea sized lump at the entrance to my anus should I go and see my GP - it may be a pile but its not itching or causing me any real discomfort ? Its a bluish colour and has been there for a few days but doesnt seem to be getting any smaller
