Could Small, Smooth, Flesh Colored Bump On Labia Majora Be Genital Warts?

i have a small, smooth, bump that recently appeared on my labia majora. it is flesh colored. it doesn't itch, burn or anything like that. after further inspection i noticed a few others. are these possibly genital warts?? i researched a condition called mollusca contagiosum (spelling) and almost thought it was that - since i do have small flesh colored bumps that have appeared on my face as well, randomly - i thought they were "moles", but do moles just grow randomly? anyway they do not have dimples in the middle of them and they do not have fluid coming out of them when i squeeze these bumps.
