HI.
The smoking after a long history alone can not be the reason for pain in abdomen.
Your history of cigarette and chicken and quail can suggest that the pain can be due to infection in the intestines or got Irritated due to its contents.
Hernia surgery is not likely to cause pain as also the epsom bath .
Get an antibiotic, probiotic and anti-spamodic course. If the pain does not subside go for further investigations
