Could Sore Rib Area With Pain Under Breast With Loose Stools Be Perimenopause?

My right side rib area is feeling sore . It doesn t seem sore to the touch. It did start off with a slight pain under my left breast. I also seem to have loose stools for the past week. I am 44 and only have one ovary so not sure if it is perimenopause. Chest X-ray showed nothing.

this looks like costochindrotis inflammation of the ribs and maybe a viral illness not symptoms of menopause
