Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Constant pain in foot (along with pain in hips) relieved by by local infection can be due to joint pain. Over the counter anti I inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen taken twice a day after food with local application of Move ointment/ hot or cold pack would relieve pain.
Physiotherapy after the pain control would help.
You may need physical examination /investigations In presence of no relief.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
