Could Stomach Cramps, Diarrhoea, Vomiting And Fatigue Indicate Food Poisoning?

I started with stomach cramps last night and all thru the night I have had something like diarea only everything was liquit. also feel ery fatigd and havevomited. could I have food poisoning? all I ate yesterday was chicken alraddy cooked from safeway.

Hello,
Its looking like you are suffering from food poisoning, as only cooking chicken properly is not sufficient to handle transmission because contamination may occur by improper handling, storage also. there many species of bacteria which can cause food poisoning but in your case this is likely to be salmonella spp., campylobacter or clostridium spp. A simple stool test can identify the causative organism, so, go for that. take oral rehydration therapy and tab. ciprofloxacin 500 mg tds for at least for 7 days. consult a physician for further help.
