Hello,

Stool culture, for parasite, and PCR were negative, rules out common infections. Blood test reports were normal means no strong sign of major disease. Your neutrophil count is slightly above the upper normal range. This is the body reacting to stress, infection, inflammation, or even recent medication. A mild elevation alone is nonspecific.

In case you experience very frequent diarrhea, blood in mucus, frequent abdominal pain that worsens, then you are advised to get clinically examined. Meanwhile, you are advised to avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, greasy foods. Take boiled food or bland food for 4-6 weeks. Keep yourself well hydrated and avoid eating food from outside. Take home made fresh nutritious food. Do not take spicy, oily fried food. Also avoid packaged or processed food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
