Could Stomach Pain Be Due To Intercystial Cystitis?

I get stomach pain in the middle of my stomach and it seems like it starts when i get hungry and then it makes my stomach swell up and it usually hurts for about an hour after i eat, i was diagnosed with intercystial cystitis a few years ago can that cause pain in the middle of right around the belly button area?
