Hello,

Stress can affect the pH balance of the body system. Disruption of your pH can cause conditions like bacterial vaginosis, discharge that causes uncomfortable symptoms like watery discharge, itching, etc. You are having yellowish-green discharge, it is indicative of sexually transmitted diseases. You are suggested to drink plenty of water. Take care of your personal hygiene and avoid sex for a couple of days.

Take STD test to stay on the safer side. If tested positive you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals. Stay away from stressful lifestyle, addictions if any. Take adequate sleep and take regular bath. Do not douche the vagina, do not use any harsh soaps or cosmetics that are chemicals. Avoid wearing ornaments in your private areas.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
