Could Sudden Bouts Of Dizziness Be Due To Smoking And Drinking?

Hello. I am worried I am having problems with my heart. I am a 26 year old man I smoke almost a pack a day and drink a decent amount of alcohol daily. I have had sudden bouts of dizziness and blurred vision lately an just now I felt my heart racing then I sat up and started breathing really hard and panicking. I got bloated, dizzy, started shaking, and got really cold. my girlfriend said I was just having a panic attack. This has happened to me 4-5 times since I was 18-19. This last one being the worst yet. I am uninsured so I am afraid I will waste money on tests when it s just panic.
