Could Swelling In Feet Be Side Effect Of BP Medication?

age 64 years having BP. Presrcied telma 80 h (morning one) and asomex (night one). BP under control but the feet have persistent swelling with little pain similiar to tightening of skin due to swelling. Is it side effect of BP medicine. Should he change it

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Asad Riaz, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem....if u came in my clinic with same complaint i would have to exam your both feet n do echo to rule out heartfailure n then decide it is because of drug n then will change that drug bcs some drug like telma can cause like this features too.....I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask.
