Hello,

Yes, it’s very likely that your ongoing jaw and mouth muscle pain is related to the ecstasy (MDMA) use. Avoid caffeine, stress, or other stimulants for a few days. Warm compresses on the sides of your face or jaw for 15–20 mins, 2–3 times per day will be helpful. Get relief from pain by taking Combiflam or Ibuprofen, one twice daily for 5 days, take medicines after eating food or it will cause gastric pain. Take soft diet like oats, khichri, porridge, bread in milk. Avoid gum, nuts, hard bread, etc.

Magnesium supplements can help with muscle relaxation. The above medicines will give you relieve but in case your symptoms linger, you are advised to get clinically examined by a dentist to rule out TMJ dysfunction or trauma. Do not wait for the symptoms to worsen, get clinically evaluated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
