Could Taking In Attivan With Lot Of Natural Products And Vitamins Cause Burning Chest And Sore Throat?

i am taking attivan for the past 3 monts and now all the food that i eat is sour in my troat ialso have a a burning sensation on my chest thank you for any information i also take a lott off natural products vitamis more than 8 and i wonder if is to much pleaSE HELP ME EUNICE

Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

Burning in the chest and sour throat are apparently due to Gastro-esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
Ativan can be safely taken before or with food and does not cause any acidity.
Hence, take the natural products immediately after meals.
Further, your problems will be relieved with daily intake of an anti-acid drug, such as, Pantoprazole + domperidone (combination) twice daily.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and will prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.
