Could The Hemo Rage Black Ultra Concentrate Cause False Positive In The Drug Test?

Hi my name is Cpl Evan Gilless (USMC) I m currently taking Hemo Rage Black Ultra Concentrate , and I was wondering would this make me a positive in a drug test done by the Marines. They have been saying a lot of preworkouts make them positive for meth and such drugs. A false positive.
