Could The Body Aches And Feeling Lethargic A Part Of Miscarriage?

I found out I lost my baby last week (baby measured 6 weeks) but I am almost 10 weeks along - we saw a heart beat ten days ago so it s only just died, and I am waiting to miscarry. I now have full body aches and feel really lethargic, but no bleeding. Is this part of the miscarriage or could i just also have the flu?

Hello dear, its just a part of pregnancy related changes probably which might continue for a while after miscarriage. Take a balanced diet and good sleep. Take care.
