Hello welcome to the health care magic

Fever can be because of tonsil problem or UTI

You can be prescribed antibiotic course

Drink more water

For congestion relief decongestant like levocetrizine can be prescribed

Kindly check your urine for routine micro examination and USG scan also

Physical examination and USG will be able to rule out hernia if present

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult surgeon for examination and discuss your case
