Could The Chest Pain Be Due To Some Heart Problem?

Dear Doctor, My mom has been complaining of pain in right chest/ breast while biting food. One day she was stressed and the pain was severe (without biting). We got ECHO n ECG done. both are normal. She has high bp and cholesterol. Doc said the pain is due to hypertension. Advised to get TMT done. Could this be a heart problem? Will TMT be okay? is this something other than heart trouble?

Welcome to HCM

Relation to food may mean food pipe or stomach
In the background of Pressure & Cholesterol, TMT is the first thing to do – need to exclude Coronary Artery Disease
Then go for endoscopy
