Could The Constant Urge For Urination And Burning Sensation Be Related To STD Or UTI?
I am a 21 year old male, I just had sex a few hours ago with a random women and I just got out of the shower, taken to cleanse don't know where this girl has been, and now it is burning when I pee and I constantly have the urge to do so but just a few drops each time what could this be? Std? Uti?

Hi constant urge to micturation and burning sensation is mainly due to uti rather than std.to confirm it and rule out it go for vdrl .cue etc
It can be treated with ofloxacin 200 mg twice daily for 5-7 days along with cital liquid oral twice daily and rule out anyuretric or kidney stones by going for ultrasound or ivp
